Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Ensure all wings are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through to achieve crispy skin on both sides.
Once they are golden and crispy, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
