Instructions
Start by washing the fresh spinach thoroughly to remove any grit or dirt.
In a blender, combine the fresh spinach, banana, diced mango, pineapple chunks, and chia seeds.
Pour in the coconut water or regular water, adjusting the amount based on how thick you prefer your smoothie.
If you'd like a sweeter smoothie, add honey or agave syrup to the mixture.
Toss in a handful of ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired, then blend again for a few seconds.
Once fully blended, pour the smoothie into vibrant glasses.
Notes
Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh mango or pineapple on the rim and a sprinkle of chia seeds for a tropical look.
