In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips generously over the top of the chicken mixture. This will create a crunchy topping during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve hot with additional tortilla chips or over rice.
