4tablespoonsunsalted butter
5clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoondried oregano
0.5teaspoonblack pepper
0.5teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1unitjuice of 1 lemon

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with smoked paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat evenly and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken bites and toss to combine. If you like some heat, sprinkle in crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
Remove from heat, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm, either on a bed of rice, with a side of veggies, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
