In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they soften.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, then add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined, then add cooked orzo and mix well.
Slice the rested chicken and place it on top of the creamy orzo mixture.
Let everything cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
